Refunds/Cancellations provides a “Registered” category of subscription which is completely free. Users can take full advantage of this subscription category to use our portal. Once they are satisfied, they may wish to upgrade to paid plan. Subscription to paid plans do not permit cancellations or refunds.If any user selects an incorrect paid subscription plan and makes payment, he/she may request for plan change to correct category and refund of excess amount paid by sending a mail to within seven days of registration. The due refund would be made online direct to user’s bank account after deducting payment gateway and bank charges incurred by us. The refund will be made within a maximum of 30 days of user request and verification.
